Six Things Every kr365 Player Should Know

1 Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kr365 ("kr365", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kr365 website located at kr365.app and all associated services, games, applications, and features made available through the platform.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration
3.1 Registration Process
To access the full range of kr365 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any details change.
3.2 Single Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) kr365 account only. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kr365 will close all duplicate accounts upon discovery and may withhold any funds held therein pending investigation.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kr365 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. kr365 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
kr365 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, request that you provide documentary evidence to verify your identity, address, payment method ownership, or source of funds. Commonly requested documents include a government-issued ID (CNIC), a utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and evidence of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the restriction or closure of your account.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Requirements
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless that method is no longer available, in which case kr365 will assess the next most recently used method. kr365 reserves the right to apply standard Know Your Customer (KYC) checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or where the cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds 50,000 PKR within a rolling 30-day period.
4.4 Fees
kr365 does not charge transaction fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Raast. Bank transfer fees imposed by third-party financial institutions are outside of kr365's control and may be charged by the relevant bank directly. kr365 will always display any applicable platform-side fees clearly before a transaction is confirmed.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
kr365 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of the agreement between kr365 and the player accepting that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they, or any winnings derived from them, can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window of the bonus, after which any unplayed bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
kr365 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to convert bonus funds, placing opposing bets to circumvent wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. 6 Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the kr365 platform — including live dealer games, Jackpot Slots, Mega Wheel, Sic Bo, Cockfighting arena, and all other titles — operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.
Virtual games on the kr365 platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-world physical events conducted by professional dealers in licensed studios. kr365 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or data transmission error during a game session, kr365 will use all available server-side data to determine the state of the game at the time of the error. 7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kr365 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering under false personal details or providing fraudulent identity documentation.

8 Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or title to any intellectual property owned by or licensed to kr365.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any kr365 platform content without prior written authorisation from kr365. Unauthorised use of kr365's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.
The kr365 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of kr365. You may not use any kr365 trademark in any manner that could cause confusion, disparage the brand, or imply an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.
9 Responsible Gaming
kr365 is deeply committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our responsibility to those individuals seriously. 10 Account Suspension & Closure
10.1 Closure by kr365
kr365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where kr365 reasonably believes that: these Terms have been materially breached; the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes; the player does not meet or no longer meets the eligibility requirements; regulatory obligations require it; or the continued operation of the account poses a risk to kr365 or other players.
10.2 Closure by Player
You may request the closure of your kr365 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
10.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. kr365 will notify you at your registered email address before applying a dormancy fee of 500 PKR per month to offset administrative costs. If the account balance falls to zero, the account will be deactivated. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by contacting support and completing any required verification steps.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kr365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the kr365 platform, including but not limited to: loss of gaming session data, loss of winnings due to technical malfunction beyond kr365's reasonable control, losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account, or interruption of service due to third-party infrastructure failure.
kr365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the kr365 platform shall not exceed the value of funds held in your account at the time the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits kr365's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The kr365 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kr365 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any content thereon.
12 Privacy
Your use of the kr365 platform is subject to the kr365 Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, store, and protect your personal data. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at kr365.app/privacy-policy.
kr365 collects and processes personal data strictly for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and the delivery of marketing communications where you have provided explicit consent. kr365 does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes.
13 Amendments to These Terms
kr365 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights, obligations, or the core terms of the gaming service — kr365 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the kr365 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
The version date displayed in the header of these Terms reflects the date on which the most recent substantive amendment was made. Historical versions of these Terms are available upon written request to [email protected].
14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the kr365 platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. kr365 aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and to provide a substantive response within 15 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, either party may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels.
kr365 does not waive its right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm or to protect its intellectual property rights.
